Order Details.

How to order over the web:

Currently we are not accepting credit card information over the web. We hope to have online credit card payments authorised and processed by a leading provider using Netscape Enterprise Secure Server by the end of this year. Card information sent to and from our provider will be encrypted.

At this moment please use e-mail to send your details and order to our Hong Kong. office. orders@eastofindia.com

Please include the following details on your order.

  • Your Name.
  • Address.
  • The quantity and code of the sets you wish to order with a brief description.
  • The total price of the sets ordered.
  • Please add 15.00% (Minimum USD 20.00) to cover the cost of postage and packing.
  • The total cost of your order.
  • How you wish to pay. By cheque or by credit card* (* Visa / MasterCard only please).

Your order will then be checked to make sure that we have all the figures you require in stock and we will send you an e-mail message confirming your order and the price. Please either send a cheque for this amount made payable to The East of India CompanyLtd. to the address below or telephone or mail your credit card details to us. We require your full name as spelled on your card, your card type (Visa or Mastercard), card number and expiry date. Please do not include your credit card details in your e-mail to us. When we receive your payment your order will be dispatched.

Although we are an established company, occasionally we do have problems in receiving stock from our factory on schedule. If for this reason the figures you require are temporarily out of stock please be patient! We will let you know immediately when they arrive and dispatch them to you. Naturally we will not bank your cheque or debit your credit card account until your order is ready.

The East of India Company reserves to right to withdraw, alter or re-price their products without notice.
